Frequently asked questions about PRO Fit Box and online store orders

What will I get in my PRO FIT BOX?

Every month, we’ll send your performance underwear along with several products from a variety of fitness, nutrition, and apparel categories. Content vary per month.  Boxes shipped to USA addresses may be contain different content than boxes shipped to addresses outside the USA due to U.S. export  laws and restrictions. Plus, you’ll get tips and tricks to keep you enhance your athletic regimen or to keep you motivated as you begin your fitness journey.

How much is the PRO Fit Box?

We offer a few options:

  • A monthly PRO Fit subscription, with no long-term commitment, costs just $49 per month.
  • Or, subscribe for a year and save $60 compared to the monthly option!
  • If you just want the underwear, we have the PRO Lite subscription for only $34 per month with no long-term commitment,
  • Lastly, we have our Gift PRO Box for $49.  This option is for a one-time shipment and makes a great gift for all the serious athletes in your life.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you subscribe on a 12-month basis, you’ll be able to opt out of automatic renewal at the end of your subscription. Log into MY ACCOUNT to cancel or update your order information.

When will my box ship?

Expect your favorite piece of mail—your box!—to ship by the 20th of each month. Want to keeps tabs on your box? We’ll send you the tracking info via email each month! You can also login to MY ACCOUNT to check your order status.

When am I charged?

For monthly subscriptions, we will charge your credit card or PayPal account usually on the 10th of every month except for the initial order which is charged immediately. We will charge your credit card or PayPal account at the end of each annual subscription. We will charge your credit card or PayPal account immediately on gift and online store purchases.

How does shipping work?

We’re currently shipping to the USA (including its territories, PO Boxes, APO, DPO, and FPO boxes) and Canada.

For USA addresses, we ship via the U.S. Postal Service. For Canadian, we ship from the U.S. via U.S. Postal Service International Mail.  For addresses outside the USA and Canada, we ship from the U.S. via U.S. Postal Service International Mail.

Boxes normally leave our warehouse mid-month, and usually arrive 4-10 business days after they ship. We ship in batches, and delivery time can vary each month, so your PRO Fit Box could arrive the 3rd or 4th week of the month. Shipping to international addresses may take 14-21 for delivery. Regardless, you’ll always receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery progress.

Online store orders normally leave our warehouse next business day, and usually arrive 4-10 business days after they ship. Shipping to international addresses may take 14-21 for delivery.

Details on non-continental U.S. states and territories:

  • Alaska and Hawaii, delivery times are usually a bit longer.
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands are unincorporated U.S. territories, so delivery times may be considerably longer.
  • Some boxes may take longer to arrive based on the product mix and shipping restrictions. For example, certain items classified as “ORM-D” (aerosol spray cans, colognes) are considered to be potentially hazardous to ship via air so we ship them via sea freight, which can take a bit longer.

How can I track my order?

We email shipment tracking codes after we ship your order.  You can also find your tracking code by logging into MY ACCOUNT.

If you do not see your tracking code in your email, check your Spam or junk folders and mark noreply@underwearnation.com as a safe sender.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log into MY ACCOUNT and update your address.

If you’ve moved, please remember to update your address ASAP so we can get your box to you!

NOTE: All address changes must be made before the 1st of the month to be effective for that month.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship PRO Fit Boxes free to any address in the U.S. and USD $6.99 for addresses to Canada. We also ship all online store orders free to any address in the U.S..

Cost to ship box and online store orders outside the USA is based on weight and shipped via U.S. Postal Service International Mail. Cost to ship online store orders to Canada is based on weight and shipped via U.S. Postal Service International Mail. Customers residing outside USA are responsible for all custom duties and taxes.

What are my options for purchasing a gift certificate?

Our gift card is a great option if you need a thoughtful gift right away for one or many. We’ll send it to your email address. You can either print it out or forward the email to your gift recipient. You can send any number of denomination amounts.

Can I return a gift card?

No, sorry. If you’d like to return a purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your account.

Can I buy gift cards for someone who lives outside the USA?

Of course, but note that our standard gift certificates are in amounts that don’t include shipping outside of the USA. For example, if you purchase a 3 box gift card ($147), extra charges for shipping and taxes ($10-30 per box, depending on the destination) would mean the recipient’s gift card wouldn’t actually fully cover shipping for the 3 boxes.

Does the gift recipient have to enter a credit card?

No, as long as the amount on the gift card covers the entire order amount including shipping cost and sales taxes.  The only time we’ll ask for a credit card is if they want to purchase more than the value of the gift card you give them.

When will my gift card expire?

Never.
