Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully. It governs your relationship with Underwear Nation and its affiliates (collectively, “Underwear Nation”). Set forth below are the terms and conditions under which Underwear Nation makes the internet website at www.underwearnation.com and its sister websites (the “Site”), and the services available through the Site or otherwise provided by Underwear Nation (the “Services”), to each person or entity (each a “User”) accessing or using the Site or the Services. These sale terms and conditions, together with any and all other terms, conditions, rules, policies or procedures published on the site from time to time and related to User’s use of the Site or the Services (together, this “Agreement”), constitute a binding, legal agreement between Underwear Nation and User. By using the Site or the Services, each User hereby agrees to and is bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Agreement, do not access or otherwise use this Site or the Services or any information contained on this Site.
If User purchases a paid membership to the Subscription Services (a “Membership”), User shall pay all fees, including for any additional Services purchased by User, as well as any taxes, applicable to such Membership, as published on the Site.
Membership in the Month to Month payment plan is on a continuous basis. This means that, subject to the terms of this Agreement, Underwear Nation will automatically renew User’s Membership on the original purchase anniversary date each month unless User’s Membership is canceled using the tool in User’s My Account page on the Site at any time prior to the original purchase anniversary date of the current month. User will be charged a renewal rate equal to the rate for the immediately preceding Membership Period, based upon the Membership Program (Brief, Boxer, Editor Choice, etc.) that User has chosen, unless Underwear Nation has notified User of any new rate in advance. A cancellation of a Membership requested by User through User’s account page will become effective on the date that the then-current Membership period expires. User may change their chosen Membership Program (Brief, Boxer, Editor Choice, Jock) for another at anytime prior to the original purchase anniversary date of the current month, subject to the rate associated with the new plan.
Membership in the Paid in Full payment plan is on a one-time fee basis. This means that, subject to the terms of this Agreement, User will pay the entire fee of the chosen Membership Period (3-month, 6-month, 1 year) at the beginning of that period. User will receive a notice near the end of their membership with a reminder to renew, but will NOT be automatically renewed or re-enrolled in another Membership Period. Membership Plans using the Paid in Full payment plan will not be able to change their Membership Program (Brief, Boxer, Editor Choice, Jock) during the current Membership Period.
If User has elected to pay the fees (Membership and Payment) by credit card, User hereby warrants that the credit card information provided by User is correct, and User shall promptly notify Underwear Nation of any changes to such credit card information. User acknowledges and agrees that if User’s credit card payment cannot be processed for any reason, Underwear Nation may suspend or cancel User’s Membership.
Billing & Payment Information
Underwear Nation accepts these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
As a member of the Underwear of the Month Club your credit card will be charged once your order has shipped on or near the 1st of every month. The charge for your order will appear on your credit card statement as ‘Underwear Nation’.
Only residents in Texas are required to pay sales tax.
Orders may not be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect Credit/Debit Card number, expiration date or card security value
- Billing information is different from information your financial institution has on record
- Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, state, zip or postal code)
- Fraudulent information
Underwear Nation reserves the right to request additional evidence or proof of billing information.
If you contest the validity or amount of a charge related to an order with Underwear Nation, please contact us.
Members of the Underwear of the Month Club will receive their underwear on or near the original purchase anniversary date every month. We offer free economy shipping for all of our members and customers in the United States (without a tracking number). We offer a $10 flat economy shipping fee for all of our members internationally (without a tracking number). Orders are shipped in discrete plain corrugated boxes via USPS.
If a product is delayed out of our fulfillment center or becomes unavailable, Underwear Nation will contact you regarding your order. If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, then we will refund for the order minus a shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.
Underwear Nation is not responsible for return shipping on any exchanges or returns. Packages that arrive C.O.D. will be denied.
If User has registered for an account to use the Services, User hereby warrants that the information provided by User for the purposes of such registration is complete and accurate. User shall ensure that such information is kept up to date. Upon registering for an account, each User will create a password and receive an account. User acknowledges and agrees that User, and not Underwear Nation, is responsible for User’s account and all activities occurring in connection with the use of that account, whether or not User authorizes such activities.
Sale Terms Revisions
Underwear Nation’s sale terms were last updated on August 02, 2013. Underwear Nation may at our sole discretion edit these Sale Terms. Any changes will only affect information collected after this post date unless otherwise stated.
