Can I return my underwear if I accidentally ordered the wrong size?
If you need to return your underwear for any reason, then there are a few things we ask. Please could you email us and let us know that you want to return your undies. Also, please, under no circumstances send us underwear which has been worn…! If your underwear is unworn with original labels still attached, then fill out the return form here
It’s been a week and my Underwear Nation box still isn’t here.
So far all our boxes have been delivered in good time and none have gone astray. However, if you haven’t received your box after five working days (for U.S. addresses only), then email us. We’ll do our best find out what’s going on.
Can I track my order?
Our boxes are sent out via USPS First Class International mail which can be tracked through the USPS.com website.
When will I get my box?
USPS assures us that 98% of our boxes mailed out will get to you within 2-3 working days. You shouldn’t be waiting more than 4 working days for your box (for U.S. addresses only).
How will I know when my order has been sent on its way?
Once your box has been picked, packed and is ready for shipping you’ll receive an email notification.
How much will I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping to U.S. delivery addresses is Free! Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses, including U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Additional charges apply for 2-Day or Overnight shipping. Terms subject to change without notice. Offer may be cancelled or modified at any time.
We charge a nominal shipping fee for delivery outside of the U.S.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We only ship to US, Canada and Europe addresses currently but if you want to get your hands on a box, we will supply all corners of the globe providing you are happy to pay the extra postage costs. Drop us an email if you would like to arrange this.

When is my payment taken?
Your recurring payment will be taken on the same day each month (this is the day you signed up by default) but you can change this at any time in your account.
What happens if my payment is declined?
We use a payment provider called Braintree, a Paypal Company. If the payment is declined, for example, due to insufficient funds being available, we will try again over the next three days. If the attempts at taking payments are unsuccessful, then we won’t be able to send you out any gear that month.
